A crane lifting a decommissioned Air India jet came crashing down in a town southwest of Mumbai on Sunday – and the accident was captured on video.

The A-320 passenger jet was being lifted as part of an Air India training exercise at Begumpet Airport in Hyderbad.

Spectators viewing the maneuver recorded the moment the crane’s tower masts collapsed in half.

The 70-ton Airbus A-320, which crashed down on the wall of a private building, was empty at the time of the accident.
