SASKATOON – The crack of the club hitting the ball. The clank of a ball dropping into the cup. Those are sounds many golfers have longed to hear since last fall.
They don’t have to wait any longer.
Golf courses in and around Saskatoon are opening for the 2016 season.
The first course to open in the city for golfers is Wildwood. The public course officially opened Friday morning, however those heading out to play a round will have to walk as power carts will not be available for several days due to wet conditions.
