The Derby Bar and Grill in Surrey.

I’d like to own a farm

4. Do you have any rituals before a race?

Listening to music 

5. Vancouver women were recently voted the sixth most beautiful in the world – above any city in California. Do you agree?

 Are Vancouver women beautiful? Are you kidding me? Yes! 

6. What does your family in Mexico think of all the attention you are getting?

My family is overwhelmed. NBC went down to do a story on them. 

7. As you are from Mexico, what is a hidden gem from your country you think everyone should see?

Everywhere! A lot of places are hidden gems. 

8. What do you miss most about Vancouver?

I always miss the Todd family and my friends from Vancouver. 

9. When the Belmont Stakes is over, what is the first thing you are going to do?

After the Belmont, hopefully I celebrate a win, then I get ready for the next race I have to ride. 

10. If you could use one word to describe Glen Todd, what would it be?

Glen Todd is my partner.
