Squire Barnes: All season long the Denver Broncos have demonstrated the ability to win close games. They managed to beat the Steelers and Patriots in playoff games that they probably shouldn’t have won. While the Denver defence will help keep it close, the Panthers have a pretty good defence themselves, not to mention the league’s MVP on offence.
Panthers 27 Broncos 23

Jay Janower: Panthers, led by Cam Newton, are the unstoppable. I won’t make the same mistake again, this time my money is on Carolina. Panthers 23 Broncos 17

Barry Deley: I’m rootin’ for Newton! Panthers 34 Broncos 17

Jay Durant: The Broncos defence will put up a good fight, but so will the Panthers D and in the end it will prove too much for the Denver attack to overcome. The curtain goes down on Peyton Manning’s career with another Super Bowl loss. Panthers 27 Broncos 17.

Shanel Pratap: I have been going back and forth with this one. Two years ago, Denver had the best offense in the NFL, but lost to the #1 defense, the Seahawks. This year, Carolina is tops when it comes to offense, while the Broncos have the best Dee. If it wasn’t for the defense, Denver would not be here. So I think Von Millers wins MVP, and the Broncos win it for Peyton. Broncos 23 Panthers 20.
