MONTREAL – Whether you’re looking for some Valentine’s Day inspiration or just passionate about your cacao, get ready for a chocolate-filled weekend with the 5th edition of “Je t’aime en chocolat” underway at the Marché Bonsecours.
More than 40 exhibitors are taking part in this year’s fair, including some of Quebec’s finest chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and chefs who will share their secrets in a series of workshops and demos.
But it’s not all about the taste buds.
Some of Quebec’s most notable fashion designers have paired up with local chocalatiers to put on a chocolate fashion show featuring chocolate-laden dresses and fantastical edible headdresses.
