CALGARY – A Calgary man charged in the murder of his common-law wife, Lisa Mitchell, was ordered to stand trial Wednesday.
The 31-year-old mother of two was last seen alive at her Ogden home in Oct. 2012.
More than two years later, in Dec. 2014, 38-year-old Allan Shyback was arrested and charged. Police said they found human remains inside the home he shared with Mitchell.
Shyback was ordered to stand trial for second-degree murder and causing an indignity to a body.
