On Thursday, the girl was charged with second-degree murder and failure to comply with conditions of an undertaking in connection with Richard’s death.
Police didn’t disclose the age of the accused.
In September, a 17-year-old girl was charged with second-degree murder, possession of a weapon and robbery in connection with the killing.

Little is known about either of the accused. Because of their age, the identity of both cannot be revealed under the Youth Criminal Justice Act of Canada. Police have said the girl charged in September lived in a nearby group home. The group home shut its doors in November because the publicity made the home woo well known, putting the residents at risk, the operators said.
