Wall says there were some tough choices, such as cutting a film tax credit, which prompted the industry to hold rallies at the legislature.

Opposition NDP Leader John Nilson says the move to add more MLAs and the film cut were surprises.

Nilson says people were upset by those changes and the premier has to wear those decisions.

Politicians are to return to the legislature in the fall, but before that happens the premier says there will be a major restructuring of government.
