“After one month of doing 12 minutes a day specifically we both saw huge changes in our body and muscle development, which is what a lot of people want is that tone and strengthening,” says Melanie Breitkreutz.
She and partner Chelsea Harrison created the business model in 2014.
“One hundred per cent what I believe in is the quick, short, high intensity interval training,” says Harrison, a full time nurse. “Just because with me being a mom of two kids and working a full time job, that’s literally all I can get done in a day.”
