Snowfall warning ended in central Saskatchewan

Environment Canada has ended a snowfall warning in east-central Saskatchewan. SkyTracker Weather

Environment Canada issued a snowfall warning Wednesday morning. Snow, at times heavy, was forecast to begin over west-central Saskatchewan.

Accumulations of 10 to 20 centimetres are expected tonight for some central areas of the province.

Snowfall will spread eastward into west-central Manitoba starting tonight. Precipitation should taper off in western Saskatchewan on Thursday morning, but will persist for most of the day in eastern parts of the province.

Environment Canada is asking motorists to prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
