CALGARY – Police were called to reports of a robbery at the Tim Hortons on 46 Avenue and Blackfoot Trail just after 7 a.m. Sunday morning.
Witnesses told police that cash had been taken and also reported they saw a gun, but there is no indication the suspect pointed the gun at them.
Police said the suspect is a man in his 20s with a moustache and a goatee. He was wearing a black baseball cap, baggy black sweatpants and a carrying a red bag.
The suspect fled the scene on foot and police said there was no vehicle.
They said no one was injured and no suspects are in custody.
