2015 year in review: Calgary Mayor Naheed Nenshi talks Syrian refugees, economy

Global’s Linda Olsen sat down with Mayor Naheed Nenshi to talk about the major issues Calgarians’ and the city faced in 2015.

In part one (above), he spoke about the acceptance of Syrian refugees arriving here, and the overall mood in Calgary during these tough economic times.

The political landscape has also shifted dramatically both provincially and federally. The mayor talked about how it’s changed his role since taking office in 2010.
