REGINA – Four people have been charged after Regina police served a high-risk search warrant on a home Wednesday morning.
Police executed the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) warrant at a house on the 3400 block of Dewdney Avenue, where police were able to take five men and one female into custody.
After an investigation, three men and one woman from Regina were charged with a total of 48 charges. Two of the men are facing sixteen and eighteen charges each.
Reginald John William Barrington, 37, has been charged with five counts of Possession of a Firearm/Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order, two counts of Careless Use of a Firearm, two counts of Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm, four counts of Possession of Property obtained by Crime under $5,000, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (hyromorphine), Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (methamphetamine) and Fail to Comply.
Jason Alvin Ursulan, 37, from Regina is charged with six counts of Possession of a Firearm/Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order, two counts of Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm, two counts of Careless Use of a Firearm, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (hyromorphine), Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (methamphetamine), Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (methamphetamine), Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (marijuana), Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine) and four counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000.

Terry Tyler James Lott, 34, faces two counts of Careless Use of a Firearm, two counts of Unauthorized Possession of Property Obtained by a Crime under $5,000, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (hyromorphine), Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (methamphetamine), Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (amphetamines) and Possession of a Scheduled Substance (marijuana).
Megan Rochelle Schuett, 28, is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (marijuana) and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine).
All four appeared in Provincial Court on Dec. 24 at 9:30 a.m.
Police were also assisted by Animal Control to safely apprehend and care for a number of dogs that were in the residence.
The investigation is ongoing and police say there be more charges.
