Ever since he was acquired from the Vancouver Giants in the summer, Arvin Atwal has been a steadying influence in both the Lethbridge Hurricanes locker room and on the team’s blue line. The Delta B.C. product has 16 points in 29 games this season and is proving himself as a strong defender in his own zone. He may not jump off the ice every night, but Atwal is enjoying his most successful season in the Western Hockey League, and is proving just how valuable he is to the ‘Canes.
