UBCO Fitness study participants better at keeping to plan

KELOWNA, B.C. – A study on what motivates people to stick to an exercise plan has found participants do better with regular counseling

Researchers have been following 90 participants for a year, providing them with positive feedback to keep them on track.

Successful advice has included exercising in the morning, self reflection and avoiding comparison to others.
