REGINA – While most polling stations are open for 12 hours Monday, some have reduced hours because they are mobile.
According to Elections Canada spokesperson Marie-France Kenny, the mobile stations have been set up for convenience at locations like seniors homes.
They have restricted hours of operation because they are moving to different places at certain times throughout the day.
If you cannot make the time frame designated, Kenny said there were other ways to vote ahead of time, whether through special ballot or advance polls – but now it is too late.
The best way to know how long your voting station is open is to check your voter information card, or go to the Elections Canada website.
