EDMONTON – A memorial service for 46-year-old Colleen Sillito will be held Friday in Sherwood Park.

A Celebration of Life will be held Oct. 9 at 3 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Sherwood Drive. The event will continue at 6 p.m. in the Dow Centennial Centre in Fort Saskatchewan, where Sillito’s art will be displayed and family and friends will be encouraged to share stories and memories.

“Colleen was tragically taken from us October 2, 2015,” her boyfriend Michael Cameron wrote on his Facebook page.

“She leaves to mourn, her children, Israel, Nigel, Janina, Iman and Andre, relatives and many friends and associates.

“She was passionate about life. She loved her children. Her ability to create beauty through art, photography, pottery and music was generously shared with others,” he wrote.
