TORONTO — Police are asking the public for help in identifying three suspects after a 19-year-old student was stabbed outside of Central Technical School in downtown Toronto on Tuesday.

Officers responded to the call outside of the school near Bathurst Street and Harbord Street just after 1 p.m, where the 19-year-old man was found with multiple stab wounds.

Police said numerous people were seen running into the school but it was not clear if they were suspects or were running from the incident.

Toronto District School Board spokesman Ryan Bird said the student was stabbed in a laneway just outside of the building.
