ARMSTRONG – An annual Okanagan tradition is underway once again. Wednesday was the opening day of the Interior Provincial Exhibition (IPE).
The yearly fair features a midway, rodeo, 4-H events and of course food. This the 116th running of the annual IPE, which wraps up September 6.
