CALGARY – A Red Deer man is facing assault and forcible confinement charges after turning himself in to police in December.
RCMP issued an Alberta-wide warrant for the man in August 2015 and asked for the public’s help to find him, citing concern for his well-being since he was last seen in Red Deer on June 28.
Police said the warrant was in relation to an incident in June.
James Plumley, 57, is set to appear in Red Deer provincial court on Jan. 21.
