TORONTO — Police are investigating after several long guns were stolen from a safe inside a Barrie home after a break and enter.
Barrie police said five or six long guns were removed from the home on Burton Street, sometime between the July 26 and 30, using a key hidden within the residence.

Police said the investigation is ongoing and investigators have collected evidence and are currently following up on suspects.
Anyone with information on the break-in is asked to contact the Barrie Police detective office.
