WINNIPEG – Police need help identifying a woman killed when she was hit by a vehicle at Arlington Street and William Avenue on Thursday evening.
The woman was walking eastward at the intersection when she was hit at about 6:25 p.m., police said. She was taken to hospital in critical condition and died later in the evening.
She didn’t have any identification on her and police haven’t figured out who she is. She appeared to be Asian and in her 60s, police said.
Police ask that anyone who may know who she is call them at 204-986-6271.
No charges have been laid at this time, police said.
