WINDSOR, Ont. – Police in Windsor, Ont., say a motorist has been charged after a motorcyclist died in a crash Tuesday night.
Investigators say a 66-year-old man was thrown from a motorcycle when it was hit from behind on the E.C. Row Expressway.

The 22-year-old driver of the car was arrested at the scene.
The driver is facing charges of dangerous driving causing death and criminal negligence causing death.

Police say the driver may have been distracted, and are also investigating whether alcohol was a factor.
They say the car and motorcycle were heavily damaged.
