REGINA – A swimmer had to be rushed to hospital after he was struck by a boat in Echo Lake Monday night.
RCMP in Fort Qu’Appelle were called out to the lake near the resort village of B-Say-Tah where a pontoon boat’s propeller hit a 21-year-old Regina man while he was swimming.

The swimmer suffered serious injuries and was transported to a Regina hospital by STARS air ambulance.
Police are still investigating the incident.
