TORONTO – Toronto Police have charged a 28-year-old Toronto man in connection with the fatal shooting of a father of five last year.

Police said Andrew Surage, 47, was at an unlicensed after hours club at 325 Weston Rd. during the early morning hours of Oct. 5 2014.

After exiting the club, one of Surage’s friends was approached by a suspect who allegedly grabbed a chain from around his neck, police said.
