TORONTO – Police have released video images of three persons of interest related to the fatal shooting of a father of five in midtown Toronto earlier this month.

Police say Andrew Surage, 47, was fatally shot around 5:45 a.m. on Sunday Oct. 5 near Weston Road and Rogers Road following an altercation with the suspect outside a nightclub.

It is alleged the victim was with friends when one of them had their chain stolen soon after leaving the establishment.

Police say Surage intervened and was subsequently shot by the suspect who then fled the scene in a late-model Honda Accord vehicle.

Surveillance video obtained at the scene shows the suspect was in the company of two black males and one black female.
