KELOWNA – An elderly man has been taken to hospital following a single-vehicle rollover accident in Kelowna.
RCMP say it happened around 11:30 a.m. near the intersection of Arbor View Drive and South Ridge Drive.
The man was the only person in the vehicle.
RCMP believe he lost control of the vehicle and hit a tree before the vehicle came to a rest on its side.
Police say it doesn’t appear the man was speeding.
Fire crews extracted the senior by removing the front windshield.
No word yet on what caused the driver to lose control or how serious his injuries are.
