MONTREAL – Police are searching for a man who threw a smoke bomb on an STM bus in Pointe-aux-Trembles on Saturday, April 11.
The incident happened around 10:45 p.m.
The bus had stopped on the corner of 91st avenue and Gouin boulevard in Pointe-aux-Trembles.
“He was apparently waiting for the bus,” said Laurent Gingras with the Montreal police.
“When the bus driver opened the doors, the suspect threw a smoke grenade inside.”
The suspect is a Caucasian male in his early 20s.
He has light brown hair, and a pierced ear.
He was wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.
There were no injuries and the damage to the bus was minor.
Police are asking anyone with information to call Info-Crime at 514-393-1133.
