Two seniors were robbed in the same downtown Vancouver apartment building over a two-day span.
In the early morning hours of June 11 and 12, a woman entered two occupied, unlocked suites in an apartment building at Seymour and Davie. Both times the woman robbed the people inside, in one instance leaving an elderly man with bruises.

“This woman committed a despicable act against two vulnerable members of our community,” said VPD spokesperson Sgt. Randy Fincham.
The suspect is described as being in her mid-20s, with a heavy build and dark skin. She is 5-foot-7 with shoulder-length hair.
No charges have been laid and the investigation is ongoing.
