WATCH: Aerial footage shows incredible scenes of flooding around Houston
TORONTO – Texans are trying to clean up after severe storms and flooding tore through much of the state, and the worst news is more is to come.
More than 1,000 homes were damaged or destroyed after the state endured a weekend of storms. A tornado also tore through the Mexican border town of Cuidad Acuna and crossed into the state.

Flood warnings remain in place for several counties. The National Weather Service is calling for more severe weather for the region.
