PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. – A vehicle was stolen Saturday after its keys were found in the victim’s home in Prince Albert, Sask. At 7:40 a.m., officers were initially called to a break and enter at an East Hill residence.
Investigators determined the suspects found house keys in an unlocked vehicle. They then entered the residence, located the keys to the vehicle and stole it.
The theft is still under investigation.
Police say these crimes are happening throughout Prince Albert and are reminding people to lock vehicles and keep valuables out of sight.
