CALGARY – A male nurse at a Calgary hospital has been accused of sexually assaulting two children who were his patients.
Police got a call to Alberta Children’s Hospital last September for an allegation of a sex assault on a 13-year-old boy.
During this investigation, police learned of an 11-year-old child who was allegedly sexually assaulted during a stay at the same hospital in August 2010.
A 42-year-old man was arrested today at his home in northwest Calgary.
Drew Robert Legary is charged with two counts each of sexual interference with a child under 16 years and sexual assault.
