Fentanyl, cocaine seized from Canmore residence

Canmore RCMP seized fentanyl pills, cocaine and cash after executing a search warrant on a residence in the mountain town Saturday evening.

Two men and a female were in the residence at the time and were arrested without incident.

40-year-old Darcy Gordon Humphries and 40-year-old Michael Patrick Cunningham – both of Canmore – have been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime.

They were released following a bail hearing and are scheduled to appear in Canmore Provincial Court on May 20, 2015.

The female found in the residence was released and wasn’t charged.
