A technical problem caused delays on the SkyTrain Monday just hours after another issue had been resolved.
Monday’s delay was brief unlike the one that left passengers stranded for much of Sunday night.
A switching problem shut down service between Downtown and East Vancouver at around 7 p.m. Sunday.
There were lineups at Waterfront station for buses to take passengers to the Broadway Commercial and Nanaimo stations.
A switcher failed and affected both Expo and Millennium lines.
Technicians worked on the problem through the evening and sent a notice around 3 a.m. Monday saying the SkyTrain would be in service for the morning commute.
