Under amendments passed at a meeting last night, vehicles can only be kept on a driveway, in a car port or on a parking pad.
The changes follow complaints from residents of at least one neighbourhood, who said parking on lawns could mean crews would have difficulty gaining access to a home in the event of an emergency.
