REGINA – A 19-year-old man is recovering from serious injuries after being ejected from his vehicle in an early morning rollover.

Assiniboia RCMP were called to the scene just south of Rockglen, Sask. (160 kilometres south of Moose Jaw) at 1:35 a.m. The man, who was alone in the vehicle, was first transported to Assiniboia Hospital but then was transferred to a hospital in Regina.

The 177 kilometre trip was made by road ambulance because weather conditions were too poor for STARS air ambulance to respond.

Mounties believe the driver may have been impaired.
