CALGARY – American rock band Journey is coming to Calgary this summer.

The “Don’t Stop Believin’” singers will be headlining The Stampede Roundup at Fort Calgary on Wednesday, July 8th.

The annual event is Calgary’s largest corporate Stampede party and draws a crowd of around 17,000 people.

Last year, The Stampede Roundup raised $225,000 for the Rotary Club of Calgary, making it one of the most philanthropic events in the city.

“For 20 years corporate Calgary has embraced this event as its own, raising significant funds for The Rotary Club of Calgary – it really does represent the best of the Stampede spirit,” says Executive Producer Caitlin Boyle.

Other bands set to perform include Collective Soul and Big Wreck.

Tickets for the private corporate party will be made available for event sponsors on Monday, April 27th at 10 a.m.
