Saskatoon homicide suspects arrested

SASKATOON – Two suspects in Saskatoon’s second homicide of 2015 have been arrested. Michael James Robertson and Nicole Ashley Paddy were taken into custody Friday morning at an east-side location.

Robertson and Paddy were wanted on Canada-wide warrants in the death of Rocky Genereaux.

Genereaux, 42, died in hospital from serious injuries he sustained on March 12. The cause of death has not been released.

Robertson is a known Saskatoon street gang member and was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breach of parole at the time of Genereaux’s death.

Both are scheduled to appear before a justice of the peace.

Police also said Cory Sheldon Campeau, who was wanted for questioning in Genereaux’s death, was arrested Friday morning in the Brevoort Park neighbourhood.

He was also wanted on outstanding warrants.

Police continue to search for Corey Amber Paddy who is wanted for questioning in the investigation and for breach of parole.
