Couple reveals pregnancy in rap video inspired by ‘Fresh Prince’ theme song

TORONTO – A couple in west Philadelphia, err…wait. A couple in Happy Valley, Oregon revealed their pregnancy news by rapping a parody of The Fresh Prince Of Bel-air theme song.

Melissa and Jesse Meek posted a video of their rap announcement to YouTube on April 5. The video has since gone viral with over 3 million views.

In the minute-long video, the pair are seen driving around in a car while busting out their own take of the theme song from the hit ’90s show.

“In Happy Valley, Oregon, living and wed, bought our first house and started to build our homestead,” Melissa rhymed. “Chilling out, maxin’ and relaxin’ all cool while thinkin’ our lives pretty much rule…”

See where this is going?

“I woke up in the morning about 7 or 8 and I thought to myself ‘Oh man, I’m late’ Looked at the test stick, it was finally there, the little plus sign, we are now three not a pair.”
