TORONTO – Peel Regional Police confirm that a woman found dead inside a vehicle in Mississauga is a well-known spa owner reported missing last week.
Investigators say 59-year-old Ming-Chien Hsin — who was also known as “Teresa” — was murdered.
Constable George Tudos says her body was found Friday with obvious signs of trauma.
The woman’s friends have said she was also the victim of a near-fatal stabbing last November.
Police say the victim’s body was found Friday afternoon in a car across the street from the Square One Mall.
