Woman’s body found in car in Mississauga linked to missing persons case

TORONTO – Peel Regional Police confirm that a woman found dead inside a vehicle in Mississauga is a well-known spa owner reported missing last week.

Investigators say 59-year-old Ming-Chien Hsin — who was also known as “Teresa” — was murdered.

The woman’s friends have said she was also the victim of a near-fatal stabbing last November.

Police say the victim’s body was found Friday afternoon in a car across the street from the Square One Mall.
