ROCANVILLE, Sask. – It was a bold theft carried out in the middle of the night using stolen trucks. Thieves made off with an ATM from a Saskatchewan financial institution during the early morning hours of March 24.

It started when two pickup trucks, one white and the other burgundy, were stolen from a business in Spy Hill.

Investigators believe the trucks were then driven to the financial institution in Rocanville where the suspects used them to pull an ATM from the floor where it had been mounted. They then took off with the machine which had an unknown amount of cash.
