In one online ad, Bacon is seen lying suggestively on a counter as a woman makes scrambled eggs. She gives the actor a sniff just as her husband walks into the kitchen.
The “Wake up to Eggs and Bacon” campaign comes just as egg sales increase for the first time in many years as consumers seek sources of protein.
Bacon, 56, currently star on The Following and is well known for roles in movies like Footloose and Mystic River.
