In both instances, the suspect displayed what was believed to be a gun before making off with a small sum of money and food.

The suspect caused not one but three crashes while getting away.

Wichentowich has been charged with robbery and possession of an imitation firearm for the Penticton incident and faces similar charges for the Keremeos incident.

The 31-year-old Cawston man was on bail for a previous robbery in Vancouver this past August.
