SALMON ARM – A Salmon Arm makeup artist is looking for help to go international. Missy MacKintosh is hoping to win a one year contract with a big name cosmetic company. She’s entered her video into the company’s “The Brush Contest” and is now hoping to get enough votes to make it into the top five in Canada. From there, one finalist from each country will be picked to compete for the grand prize.

“It would be huge. Just the fact that I have the chance to go to Paris to represent Canada would be a life changing event let alone having the chance to actually be the next L’Oreal makeup designer. It would just mean the world to me,” says MacKintosh.
