Monday March 9th  on The Morning News

Do you have a piece of art around the house and have always wondered about its value? Monday could be your lucky day! At 7:15am we welcome Consignor Canadian Fine Art to the red table as they come to Halifax in search of hidden art treasures for their upcoming online auctions. Canadian Fine Art Specialist Rob Cowley will stop by to teach us the “10 Commandments of Valuing Art” and give us more details on Monday’s big event.

At 7:45am we welcome Halifax-based Dr. Daniel Chorney to the program to have a discussion about youth anxiety. According to the Canadian Mental Health Association, between 10 and 20 per cent of youth are dealing with a mental health issue with anxiety being the most common. Dr. Chorney will be on to promote an upcoming informative talk about the issue happening Tuesday night in Dartmouth.
