SASKATOON – Police want to talk with a man after two boys were approached in Saskatoon’s College Park East neighbourhood. The boys were walking home from school when they were approached by the man around 4 p.m. in the 1000-block of Boychuk Drive.

When the man allegedly threatened to grab the younger boy, the older boy yelled at him, causing the man to run away. The boys reported the incident to their parents, who then called police.

The man was wearing a black winter coat with the hood up, a ski mask, sunglasses, dark pants and boots.

Police are reminding parents and children to be aware of suspicious activity, walk and play in pairs or groups and stay in well-populated and well-lit areas.
