CALGARY – An enormous slip-and-slide is coming to Kensington this summer.
The 300 meter-long waterslide is part of a travelling event called Slide the City.
Organizers previously announced the event would be coming to Calgary on Saturday, August 1st – but we now know where it will be set up.

According to the Slide the City website, the soapy wet vinyl will be located along 10th St. N.W., next to Riley Park.
Participants get a mouth guard and water gun but must bring their own inflatable tube.
The first-ever Slide the City event was held in Salt Lake City, Utah in 2014.
