The suspect drove out of the snowbank and rammed into the front of the police car before turning down a groomed snowmobile trail. The vehicle eventually returned to the road and once again lost control and hit the ditch.

The suspect then left his vehicle and fled on foot but didn’t get far – he was arrested moments later.

In a news release Monday, RCMP say Bryan James Munro faces a number of charges including impaired driving, flight from police and refusing to provide a breath sample. He is set to appear in Dauphin provincial court Monday afternoon.
