A fire at the Jasper Park Lodge has caused substantial damage to one of the cabins.
The fire broke out at approximately 2:00 am on Thursday at the Stanley Thompson Cabin.
The cabin, which is 3,275 square feet and boasts five bedrooms was unoccupied at the time of the fire.

The JPL fire brigade arrived on the scene to fight the fire before a crew from Jasper arrived.
It took 30 firefighters to fight the blaze.
The Jasper fire crew was still on the scene as of Thursday morning.
Investigators are on the scene of the fire, but no cause or damage estimate has been determined.
The Stanley Thompson Cabin was named after the designer of the golf course at the lodge.
